Around the corner I have a friend,
In this great city that has no end,

Prep 15 min
Serves 2-3

-TUNA PREP-

2-8oz of filets of tuna chopped and steamed to readiness
1/2 cup red onion chopped
1/2 cup of celery
1/2 cup or more of Bread n Butter pickles chopped
1 - Tablespoon of pickle juice
salt and pepper to taste
1- Tablespoon of creamy Italian dressing

-Mix Well-

You can add Olive Relish if you prefer
You can use 1 tablespoon of mayo instead of creamy Italian dressing

-TABOULI PREP-

2 cups parsley
1/2 cup onions
1/2 cup garlic
1 1/2cup tomatoes chopped
1 cucumber chopped
1 scoop cracked wheat
lemon juice to taste
salt to taste

put the parsley in the food processor and mince with the onions, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper add cracked wheat and mix while adding lemon juice.

place both tuna and Tabouli in warm pita bread half with cucumbers and tomatoes.,
